question Why do I need your service?
answer A vital component of Disaster Recovery Planning is the selection and use of an offsite media storage facility. Fires, floods, sabotage and vandalism are all reasons to have an experienced offsite media vault that can ship vital business information to the disaster recovery hotsite. Business records must be stored according to various government regulations. And the Federal government is requiring more and more that subcontractors use an offsite media vault for storage of their vital business records.

question How does your service work?
answer Our drivers pick up your tapes, CDs or boxes at your facility. Our company provides customers with the forms that function as a receipt. They are transported in an unmarked vehicle to our unmarked vault where they are logged in according to company and either a return date or permanent storage status. On subsequent delivery dates all scratched tapes are returned according to the retention date specified by the customer. Again simple paperwork acts as a receipt.

question What kind of facility do you have?
answer Our office is located in an industrial park in Hooksett, NH. Our media storage area is a concrete vault (including the ceiling) fire protected with a Halon gas suppression system. The facility is under 24 hour alarm company surveillance. Our vault is climate controlled, heat humidity etc. this is on alarm too.

question Do you have backup power for the alarm system?
answer Yes, the alarm has battery backup.

question Can I retrieve my data at any time?
answer Yes, records are available 24/7 - 365 days a year. We offer emergency delivery around the clock.

question Do you have any experience in actually shipping to a hot site?
answer Yes, we have done disaster recovery tests for many customers over the years.

question Can anybody at our company recall tapes?
answer No, ISS requires a registration form be completed with the names of individuals who are authorized to recall tapes.

question How often can we get serviced?
answer We offer daily, weekly or monthly pick-up.

question How will I be billed?
answer We bill monthly based on the number of media items (tapes , CDs, etc.) in storage during that period. There is also a per occurrence pick-up/delivery charge that is basically a shipping , handling and documentation fee.

question Can we use our own spreadsheet forms as a receipt…we have a lot of tapes?
answer Yes, we can be very flexible with all facets of our operation.

question Can I get pricing?
answer Sure just give us a call or email with your specifics.
